4) Urban extension Road(UER)-2:Urban extension Road 2 is a 6 lane Expressway(NH-344M) which is now a National highway in Indian Gazette. It will start from NH-1 and connects many important areas like Narela, Bawana Industrial area, Rohini Sector 34-35-36-37-38, Najafgarh, Dwarka, Mundka Industrial Area, IGI Airport, NH-2, NH-8, and NH-10. There will be two spurs which will connect Bahadurgarh and Barwasni(Sonipat). This highway will be the divider of Rohini and upcoming proposed Zone N of DDA where a well develop city will be established. Currently the work of UER-2 is under process and it is expected that it will be completed before 15 August 2023.

The myth of road facing commercial plots in Rohini Sector-36
Buying a plot on main road for commercial purpose is a myth. DDA will not allow anyone to do any commercial activity on any road because DDA has already allotted a huge land as commercial where commercial activities can be done.
