Adobo Housing was formerly Butterfly Realty Noida, and it was operational in Noida for more than 12 years. We have split it into two now; one is based in Noida with the name of "It's My Home," and the other is "Adobo Housing," which is operational in Rohini now. We are working in Noida with companies like The 3C Company, Jaypee Group, ATS, Supertech(Worst company), Godrej, Gulshan Homes, and many more. We sold more than 500 properties of fresh and resale and are adding more to our list. We have gathered some finest people in this industry from the Housing and Home Loan Department and created our in-house Home Loan department(Very soon, we will come live) and Property Documentation Department, who can sense any error in documents and can guide the right way to cope with the problem precisely. Kuldeep Kumar holds an MBA in finance and has been running a successful real estate business in Noida since 2008. He worked in Noida with many big real estate builders and sold numerous flats and plots in Noida. He worked with The 3C Company, Jaypee Group, Prateek Group, Lotus Greens, Mahagun, Supertech, and many more. He specializes in discovering cheap, best, and reliable property for buyers and executing direct party meetings. He believes in crystal-clear dealing and works on only a 1% commission basis. Formally he was the owner of Butterfly Realty Noida, and now he is the one who is running Adobo Housing in Rohini, Delhi.
